Sherry James spent her youth riding and writing, and all of those hours on the back of a horse gave her plenty of time to think up a slew of stories. The first book she wrote (at the tender age of 9) was three chapters long, with each chapter only being one page long, and was written from the point of view of a horse.
A romantic at heart, Sherry was thrilled to discover the fictional world of historical romance novels during her high school years. One day she decided to get serious about her writing and pursue it as a career. These days she writes for two publishers, Black Velvet Seductions. and Ellora's Cave. She enjoys writing romantic comedy, and loves to write about cowboys and the western lifestyle.
