“Red alert, red alert! Hot babe soon to materialize on Main Street.”
Almost the entire town’s population of hot-blooded males received the text message on their mobile phones. They dashed for closer observation of the strange silver convertible crawling through town.
Jack was at the bowser. Pete strummed a spanner in his hand, as his mechanic Dylan peered over his shoulder. Dan from the bakery took an admiring glimpse through his window and Sam leant on the edge of the architrave of the local real estate agent. Many more enthusiasts partook of the pleasurable sight.
Summer sun reflected off honey blonde hair, swaying in the breeze of the open top convertible.
“Sure is a hot one. Where in the hell did she come from?” Pete said, his mouth easing into a grin.
“The text message was from Bill,” Dylan stated. “Guess he’s hallin’ hay to Tamworth. Sure has city written all over her.”
The convertible disappeared, leaving mouths gaping, and eyes widening with disbelief.

Review by Snapdragon The long and short reviews.
Sarah Munro goes back to the old family homestead in the still semi-untamed, hot and humid world of New South Wales, Australia. She leaves behind both her fiance' and her current, and enormously successful, life in Sydney.
Her visit brings her past too much into focus: her past and her first love. From her view, we find Ethan Wade as a tough Aussie outdoorsman who knows what he wants and is set on having it. We have to question his real motives - and Sarah has to stop running from all she has tried to leave behind before they can even begin to sort things out.
We get to know Ethan from his own perspective; we develop a much closer understanding of his thoughts - and indeed, meeting Sarah again is shockingly emotional for him.
There's a measure of suspense right from the very start. Ms. Brandyn doesn't just give away Sarah's past mistake, or perhaps, betrayal. Nor does she let us guess the real direction of the storyline; the best part of this is that secrets are revealed in a very unpredictable way.

Passion In Paradise
Review:
Suzanne Brandyn paints wonderful word portraits of Michele and Jacqueline with beauty and sexuality plus shining through. Her description of the island creates a place that is both enchanting and terrifying depending on the circumstance. The fantastic romance captivates the reader as Jacqueline and Michele struggle to find their way back to each other through the debris of emotional entanglements after they are rescued.
PASSION IN PARADISE makes one forget about the harsh world for a time and brings that feeling of rightness as soul mates find their way back to each after SO long.
Excerpt:
Oxygen mixed with gaseous particles of smoke as it accumulated in the cockpit. Jacqueline sat glued to her seat, alarmed at the events taking place before her. Her hands trembled as they moved to cover her mouth, the whites of her eyes widened as flames licked the instrument panel, feeding her with panic.
“What are you going to do?” she spluttered.
“Try to land.”
“What, land here, where? There’s no land.” She glanced around horrified; they were surrounded by nothing but endless ocean.
“Precisely.”
“You mean to say you’re going to land on th-the ocean, in the middle of n-nowhere?” Her heart bashed against her chest. Her eyes fluttered in all directions.
“I don’t see us having any other options at the moment, do you?”
Her eyes widened and she bit down on her lip.
“I have to try to land as safely as possible. When I tell you to get moving, you move as quick as you can. There are lifejackets in the back.” He was responsible for Jacqueline. Hell, if anything happened to her he’d die. He couldn’t live without her, not anymore, he wouldn’t.
She unclipped the buckle on her seat belt and lunged behind her, groping through the haze of smoke. She passed a lifejacket to Michele. Her hands trembled as she struggled to slip it over her head and then clip it in place. Then she clicked her seat belt firmly around her.
“The radio is out, I’m not sure if anyone received the mayday call. I’ve dropped to five hundred feet. We might not make such a smooth landing. I want you to be prepared.” He slipped his life jacket over his head.
“Th-they did train you to land like this. I mean in emergencies, didn’t they?” She glared at him.
He turned toward her noticing fear racing through her pupils. “You could say that.”
