Have a Little Faith in Me by Nicole Austin
All her life radiology technician Andreana Costas has known one day she would be called on to help save the life of a special person. She didn't know she would have to kidnap the sexiest surgeon she's ever met to do it though. Dr. Darius Raines is the best trauma surgeon on staff and he is very attracted to Andi, but he doesn't believe in ghosts and the supernatural, and questions Andi's sanity when he wakes up tied to his bed. She says she has to keep him there until sundown so he can save a special life. What will it take to make this doubting doc a believer? He just needs to have a little faith in Andi.
Nicole Austin's latest contribution to the Hussy Series, Have a Little Faith in Me, is fantastic. With a great cast of characters (I adored Andi because she's a little left of center in personality, after all she talks to goddesses and ghosts, and she is not afraid to do what it takes to get the job done) and a solid plot this story is a wonderful quick read for anyone. Well written and entertaining, as we have come to expect from Ms. Austin, I hope to see the subplot from this story play out in another book. . |
