The enemy may be his only hope...
Fallen angel Kasdeya hates all mortals. They’re little more than playthings, as far as he’s concerned. But when he finds himself facing a thousand-year prison sentence, he has no choice but to call on the one woman who might set him free: the Summoner.
His plan is simple...seduce her for his own purposes, then throw her away. If only she weren’t so argumentative, so intelligent. If only she weren’t so damned sexy!

Alexandra has bought a gorgeous two-story Queen Anne with a slight problem. In the dark, whispered voices call to her, shadowy figures move in the mirrors and she’s dreaming again. A dream she hasn’t had in ten years is now back. What Alexandra doesn’t realize is that she’s The Summoner and her life is about to get complicated and out of control in ways she could never have imagined.
Kasdeya is the ultimate bad boy. You can’t get much badder than The Commander in Chief, 5th Satan and Prince of Hell. Alex is unaware she’s a summoner. She just wishes the whispering and vague fleeting images on the other side of the mirrors would stop. Kasdeya hopes to use her to escape his prison. He has little tolerance for mortals and anticipates little problem getting Alex to do his bidding, once he seduces her of course. They’re both in for a surprise.
The Summoner almost immediately wrapped me in a dark sensual spell. Alexandra is a strong character for all her seeming fragility physically. Head of a shelter for abused women and children she has no problem standing up to abusive men to protect them. Protecting herself from Kasdeya is something else entirely. Kasdeya might command the 1st legion of hell but he’s never encountered the likes of Alexandra. Hot does not even begin to describe the intense attraction between Kas and Alex. Once I started I didn’t want to stop until I’d finished. The atmosphere, the pacing, Kas and Alex, their attraction and dilemma all made for an exceptionally gripping read. Can love redeem The Fallen? Are they capable of love? Are they beyond redemption? The Summoner was nothing I expected, it was so much more. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys their paranormal love on the dark, dangerous and erotic side.
